I've worked with quite a few realtors in multiple states, but none of them come close to Brad's energy, intelligence, and skill at his job. I will never use another Michigan realtor. Frankly I wish I could use him for every real estate transaction.

I was faced with the difficult task of selling my mother's house on her behalf. Brad had been through similar sales with previous clients, as well as within his own family. His expertise, patience, experience, and timely communications were invaluable to me. I cannot praise Brad enough, this sale would have been nearly impossible without his expertise and experience.

Horrible realtor!!! I did all the research, I had to contact him for listing (which he only sent me 4 homes). Not very responsive. He showed me a few homes and he had no answers for the questions I had about them. Open the door for me to see the homes and then proceeded to text and talk away on his phone outside wondering around the properties. Avoid this guy!!
